5 Star Super Yacht Silver Service
Silver service is a very important part of your job as a steward or stewardess on board super yachts.
During this module of Crew4Superyachts training course we will start from the basics of learning which cutlery to use for each menu and build up from there, and by the time you have finished you will be able to set for all types of meals – from basic breakfast settings to more formal dinner settings which will require the use of escargot tongs, lobster crackers and a variety of other cutlery you may not have seen or used before!
As well as silver service you will learn other useful service styles that you might find in use on board, including the basics of Russian Service / American Service / Family Service and French Service styles.
This module will be taught in our oak panelled dining room.
At the end of this course you will put all the skills you have learnt together to use during a practical three course silver service meal assessment, which you will serve to a numer of invited guests!
