Part of becoming a successful steward or stewardess on board a luxury super yacht is having the skills to be able to set breakfast, lunch or dining tables with precision, flair and elegance to perfectly compliment the chef’s culinary delights. During this module you will learn step-by-step the skills needed for folding a variety of napkins, as well as practice with a variety of decorations for use with table settings.
